This website provides service information and telephone and email links. It has no client intake form, clinical portal, online payment form, or appointment scheduler.

Ordinary email is for general inquiries. Do not send clinical records, drug-test reports, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information by ordinary email. Call (505) 585-4062 to discuss next steps.

Website delivery and security

Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Technical information, such as an IP address, request details, and browser information, may be processed to deliver pages and detect security threats. Security features may use browser storage or cookies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

Clinical confidentiality

Clinical confidentiality and required DOT SAP reporting are separate from website privacy. Applicable consent and confidentiality information must be provided before services begin. Required DOT reports may be provided to authorized employers and, where applicable, the FMCSA Clearinghouse.

Clinical information is subject to New Mexico confidentiality laws and, where applicable, HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2.
